1. Check-In & Check-Out
Please follow the standard check-in (2:00 PM) and check-out (11:00 AM) timings. A 30-minute grace is allowed. Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) is subject to availability. If check-out timings are exceeded beyond the permitted time, an additional charge may apply.

2. Barbecue & Kitchen Usage
Barbecue usage is available at ₹700 (including coal). Kindly hand over the amount directly to the caretaker.

3. Music Guidelines
Outdoor music is not allowed after 10:00 PM. You may enjoy music indoors at a comfortable volume.

4. Substance Policy
Use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property.

5. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 is to be paid to the caretaker at check-in and will be returned at check-out after inspection.

6. Conduct
Please avoid any illegal activity involving fellow guests or caretakers. Any such behavior will result in accountability for the individual involved.

7. Pet Policy
The villa is pet-friendly, but pets are strictly not allowed inside the pool.
